Is medium roast coffee healthier?
There are health benefits for both medium and dark roast coffee. So depending on which way you look they are both as healthy as each other due to their health benefits. Medium roasts contains more polyphenol chlorogenic acid (CGA), an antioxidant that provides coffee with its health benefits. The more the coffee is roasted the less amount of CGA is found in the coffee. However, dark roast coffee is more effective in restoring blood cell vitamin E and glutathione.
Why is Colombian coffee different?
Columbia is an 100% arabica coffee. This is a high quality coffee that due to its nature is a lighter, less strong tasting coffee. Compared to a Robusta or a mixed blend coffee, which would be a stronger tasting coffee. Our Columbian coffee is also a medium roast.
How do K pods work?
Kpod work through a fresh brew system. The pod is inserted into the machine and pierced in the top and bottom of the pod. It is then filled with pressurized water to brew the coffee and then dispensed into the cup.
Can you use K pods more than once?
KPods are designed to be used once per drink. If re used the quality of the brewed coffee will be lower.

Given a Keurig coffee machine for Christmas It was difficult to find pods to fit in the UK. Until I discovered Sourced Coffee! And the Columbian coffee is really nice and the machine makes it quickly.
