Are the K-cups recyclable?
Yes, our KPods are recyclable. Once the pod has cooled, simply remove the lid and dispose in household waste. The plastic pod without the lid can be recycled in your household recycling.
With the bundle included is it 1 box of pod or 1 pc of pod?
This bundle contains 4 packs of coffee with a total of 96 pods.
Do the pods have a bar code ,or will it work on uncoded pods
These pods are not barcoded and the machine does not need barcoded pods.
Hello, are the k-cups reusable and do they have a filter?
Our pods are not reuseable and yes, they do have a filter inside the pod.
I ordered the Keurig Mini from Amazon and it had a US plug. Do you have the Keurig mini with a UK plug?
We do not offer a Keurig Mini as Keurig no longer supply the UK market. Our Keurig Compatible Coffee Machine does come with a UK plug as standard.

the brewer should be de-scaled every 3-6 months to ensure the optimal performance.
To de-scale the Brewer:
Make sure you have at least 8oz of undiluted white vinegar on hand. You will also need a 10 oz ceramic mug and access to a sink.
Fill reservoir with 8oz of undiluted white vinegar or Keurig Descale solution , place a ceramic mug on the Drip Tray Plate.
Close the brew head and perform a brew into the ceramic mug without adding a K-Cup® pack.
Start a brew but power off the Brewer just after it starts to dispense and then allow it to sit for at least 30 minutes.
After the prescribed period of time, perform a brew without adding a K- Cup pack. Empty the contents of the ceramic mug into the sink, be careful as contents may be hot.
Fill the reservoir with 8 ounces of bottled water, close the brew head, place a cup on the Drip Tray Plate and perform a brew.
Repeat Step 6 three times using bottled water (with no K-Cup® pack in place) to clean the Brewer plumbing and get rid of any residual taste from the vinegar. The Brewer is now ready for normal use again.
How to use the water filter
Simply place the water filter into the tank. It will move around freely and will filter water automatically.
Is it possible to get a European plug on a keurig coffee machine?
The Keurig compatible coffee machine comes attached with a UK plug and is suited to UK voltages. The machine has not been tested with a European adapter.
Are the pods compatible with the ninja coffee machines
Our pods are designed for Keurig and Keurig compatible machines. As a result, these pods are not compatible with the Ninja coffee machine.
Is the plug U.K. compatible
Yes, the plug is UK compatible and requires no converters.

This is great coffee. I had 1 cup at a café in the Cotswolds and loved it. So I asked where it came from and as a result bought the starter pack. Best coffee I've had from any machine. Machine is good quality. Really pleased.
